Today was an exercise day and I made a new training program I thought i would share with ya all. I nterval training session No. Jogging for about 4-5 min whilst in the last couple of minutes you do high knees, kick your bum etc. Jogging for about 4-5 min.

Saturday, May 11th - Cincy Power Fest - The Thompson House - Newport, KY. Thanks to everyone who came out to our show at Backyard Bar on Friday! Freak, Verment, Nekrotrip, and Gomorrah all brought the house down. In fact, the show went so well, that we decided to do it again.
